If you're involved in any aspect of the arts whether as an artist, student, teacher, curator, collector, buyer, journalist, event planner, organizer, PR professional, or gallery owner, we want BlackArtConnect.com to be your source for everything related to African American Art! This site will grow as you grow and will provide a platform for you to Connect, Share, Inspire and to Be Inspired !
Feel free to share your thoughts with us and provide input about anything you see here. We love your feedback and you'll get a kick out of watching how fast we grow because of it!
Jump right in and start a group, post news, blogs, events, videos, photos and art images. If you know of an event in your area, list it in our "Events" area. You'll be able to upload a graphic and/or a flyer associated with the event. If you have artwork, a product, or service you'd like to sell, you'll definitely want to list it in our "Marketplace" (we do not charge a fee for this service). Need advice, or have an art-related question you'd like the community to weigh-in on? Ask it in the "Forums" area and enjoy the unique perspectives that our members will un-doubtedly bring! Maybe you want to connect with other gallery owners in the community? well in that case you might consider starting an "African American Gallery Owners Group" in the "Groups" area.
