Now if you have not fasted for an extended period of time and if the government cuts off the entire food supply which happen during the Roman siege during General Titus reigns in 70 AD. then you may resort to be eating your children and your own flesh.
However there was no military siege in Egypt as Seti presented as historical fact yet they ate their babies.
They controlled the food supply and could have went to the Nile River to eat fish????
