What is a “canvas print”?

A canvas print, also known as a stretched canvas or canvas art, is the result of an image printed onto canvas which is stretched, or gallery-wrapped, onto a frame and displayed. These are reproductions, not originals. Reproductions of original artwork have been printed on canvas for many decades using offset printing. Since the 1990s, canvas prints have been associated with a print process referred to as Giclée. These are Giclee Canvas Prints. ENJOY !

What is a “gallery wrap”?

Gallery wrap means taking a printed canvas and stretching it around a wooden frame while extending the image around the frame as well. The end result is a thoroughly contemporary look that is beautiful and makes a statement. The other advantage of a gallery wrap is that it does not require expensive matting and framing. You get a neat, trim and finished piece that looks great anywhere! All you need to do is decide where to hang it.
